Gerber Collision & Glass is building a candidate pipeline for future Collision Estimator opportunities. The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, prepares repair and parts estimates, coordinates repairs, communicates with customers and insurance companies, documents interactions, follows insurance and DRP requirements, supports repair-facility KPIs, and collaborates with the management and production teams. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of DRP compliance experience, knowledge of vehicle repairs and original-equipment guidelines, basic computer skills, willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver’s license. Estimated annual compensation is $50,000–$77,000 plus possible bonuses or commissions, and benefits include medical, prescription, dental, vision, retirement matching, paid time off, and other insurance benefits.
