Description
The Estimator creates vehicle-repair estimates, assesses vehicle damage, documents needed repairs and parts, coordinates repair needs, and communicates with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The role also supports customer service, insurance compliance, repair planning, team coordination, and required training. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, at least one year of DRP experience, and a valid driver’s license; I-CAR training is required. Compensation is estimated at $75,000–$110,000 per year, with commissions based on location, revenue, sales, and individual performance.
