Caliber Collision is hiring an immediate Collision General Manager in Middleton, Wisconsin. The role oversees the overall operation of a collision center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, administration, financial performance, and vehicle-repair quality and safety. The position requires at least three years of collision management experience, a valid driver’s license, eligibility for company insurance coverage, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $85,000–$100,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision benefits from day one.
