The Refinish Technician reviews bodywork, mixes and color-matches paint, refinishes vehicles to pre-accident condition, completes work orders, manages paint inventory, follows safety procedures, and collaborates with production teams. The role requires 2–5+ years of collision repair experience, strong quality and production capabilities, and may benefit from I-CAR or ASE certifications. Compensation is $23.00–$25.00 per hour, with medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance effective on the first day.
