Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to provide customers and insurance companies with accurate vehicle damage estimates, coordinate collision repairs, document repair needs, manage communications throughout the repair process, and support facility KPIs and insurance-program compliance. The role requires knowledge of vehicle repairs and OEM guidelines, basic computer skills, at least one year of DRP compliance experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to complete I-CAR training. The position pays $75,000 or more annually depending on closed sales per week and includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance effective day one, along with other benefits.
