Description
The Color Design Associate supports Design Managers and the VP of Design by creating seasonal color palettes, developing and approving dip and basic patterns, maintaining color and pattern consistency, and producing visual assets for product execution. The role partners with Raw Materials, Sourcing, Product Development, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams and requires at least two years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in fashion or a closely related design field. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Everlane's Los Angeles Creative Studio, with at least three office days per week and compensation of $20.50-$32.00 per hour.
