Description
The role operates screen-printing, flexographic, and heat-stamping machines to print 1 to 5 colors on Nylon and Polyester fabric substrates. Responsibilities include order verification, machine setup, ink and photopolymer handling, pressure adjustment, quality testing, production sampling, traceability marking, waste reduction, machine cleaning, shift handover, and reporting breakdowns. The position requires a high school diploma or technical qualification in graphic arts, at least one year of graphic arts experience, and knowledge of water-based, oil-based, and solvent-based inks and resins. Schedules include rotating Monday-through-Saturday shifts or a Monday-through-Friday schedule with Saturday overtime availability.
