Description

KBR is hiring a Combat Systems Training Facilitator / Technical Analyst in Newport, Rhode Island to support maritime warfighting and C5I training for Navy officers. The role combines classroom instruction with hands-on operation of the Multi-Mission Tactical Trainer and LCS Combat System Part Task Trainer, including system troubleshooting, technical reviews, scenario development, training briefs, and curriculum support. Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance, be U.S. citizens, and have relevant at-sea combat systems, C5I, or CIC experience, along with prior briefing or instructional experience.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Associate's degree and 3+ years of experience, or high school diploma and 7 years of experience
Required Previous Experiences: At-sea experience in a relevant Combat Systems, C5I, or CIC watchstanding role
Prior experience briefing or instructing individuals or groups in an operational, shipboard, or training environment
Preferred Qualifications: Prior military experience in a Combat Systems technical or tactical rate
Experience with Navy training systems, tactical trainers, or shore-based simulators
Hands-on familiarity with LCS combat systems and training environments
Ability to learn, operate, and troubleshoot simulation technologies and C5I tools
Strong drive to train, mentor, and develop tactical proficiency in naval officers
