Comcast is hiring a Senior Manager, IAM Engineering to lead the strategy, engineering, operations, and continuous improvement of its enterprise Identity and Access Management platform. The role oversees 4–6 employees and contractors, manages SailPoint IdentityIQ and Radiant Logic platforms, supports identity governance and provisioning, drives cloud identity and automation initiatives, and partners with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and business teams. The position requires 10+ years of enterprise IAM experience, 5+ years leading engineering or technical delivery teams, and a bachelor's degree, with a New Jersey base-pay range of $161,405.25 to $242,107.88.
