CrowdFarming is hiring a regional field sales and producer-development professional to manage active agricultural projects, recruit new farmers, cooperatives and suppliers, negotiate collaboration contracts, and support producers through onboarding and their first sale. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in the agricultural sector, residence in Badajoz, Mérida, Don Benito or Andalucía Occidental, a driver's licence, frequent mobility, and commercial autonomy. It is a full-time hybrid position with intensive Fridays and summer work, offering medical insurance, training, language classes, and flexible compensation.
