Description
ASI is hiring a Plumbing and HVAC Sales Specialist to conduct in-home or virtual consultative sales, recommend and close HVAC and plumbing systems, present pricing and financing, follow up on leads, and maintain CRM records. The role requires a valid driver’s license, at least three years of sales experience, strong communication and closing skills, and preferably some college coursework or technical training. It is an office-based position with uncapped commission, a company vehicle and gas card for qualifying roles, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, paid training, paid time off, and holidays, with a stated pay range of $100,000 to $180,000 USD.
