Crossville Heating and Cooling, Inc. is hiring a Comfort Advisor / Sales Representative to meet customers in their homes, explain HVAC and plumbing solutions, develop relationships, negotiate and close projects, coordinate with installation teams, maintain customer records, and meet sales goals. The role requires strong customer service, communication, technical knowledge, organization, a valid driver's license, and at least three years of proven success caring for clients in outside sales.
