Description
The Community Outreach Specialist will recruit and retain teen participants, deliver and coordinate youth programming, mentor participants, build relationships with schools and community partners, maintain records and reports, and follow safety and administrative procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience working with at-risk or gang-involved youth, and experience with management, fiscal responsibility, case management, and youth programming. The starting salary is $16.95 per hour, with health, vision, dental, retirement, insurance, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
