Description
The Teen Specialist supports the planning, execution, and supervision of youth programming and activities for members ages 12 to 18. The role assists with program events, tracks attendance, reports updates to the Site Director, builds relationships with members, provides guidance and encouragement, transports members safely, follows health and safety procedures, and maintains a respectful and safe environment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of youth experience, evening and night availability, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and CPR and First Aid certification. It pays $15.00 per hour and offers paid time off and holiday pay.
