Hawthorne Foundation Inc. is hiring a full-time Residential Support Specialist to provide direct, person-centered support to an assigned individual with autism or another developmental disability. The role includes completing behavioral data and valued-outcome documentation, supporting in-home and community integration activities, ensuring safety and accountability, communicating concerns to managers and coordinators, and completing EVV and billing documentation. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, communication skills, a valid New York State license, insurance, and liability coverage, and offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus split between three and six months of employment.
