Description
The Commerce Night External Associate will support the VP Externals by securing in-kind and monetary sponsorships, maintaining sponsor relationships, coordinating donors and sponsors, and helping plan and execute the Group & Individual Awards Information Session and Awards Night Gala. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, reliability, and self-management, with sales, cold outreach, and calling experience considered an asset. The position runs from October 2026 through March 2027, with 2–4 hours per week in the first semester and 4–6 hours per week in the second semester, and applications were due September 23 at 11:59 PM.
