Description
Leavitt Pacific Insurance Brokers is hiring a Senior Commercial Account Executive / Team Lead to manage a complex commercial lines book of business, provide technical guidance and mentoring to Commercial Account Managers, review complex renewals, improve workflows and service standards, partner with producers on client solutions, and support employee development. The role requires at least 10 years of commercial lines experience, an active California Property & Casualty License, and experience with AMS360 or similar systems; leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience is preferred. Compensation is $130,000–$160,000 annually plus potential quarterly performance bonuses and new business commissions, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits.
