The Commercial Account Handler will service small to medium commercial insurance client accounts across the renewals lifecycle, including renewal administration, insurer presentations, premium negotiations, adjustments, client reporting, and documentation. The role requires recent Account Handler experience, commercial insurance broking knowledge, customer service and negotiation skills, and familiarity with insurance products and markets.
