InfluxData is hiring a remote Account Manager for its Commercial team to manage a portfolio of approximately 30–40 customer accounts, lead renewals, improve retention and satisfaction, identify expansion opportunities, and drive incremental ARR. The role requires 1–3 years of Account Manager or Renewals Specialist experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage more than 50 accounts while balancing renewals and growth. Candidates living in the UK are prioritized, and the interview process begins remotely via Zoom.
