Description
EQ Bank is hiring a full-time Account Manager for its Commercial Portfolio Management team to manage commercial mortgage renewals, assumptions, annual reviews, underwriting recommendations, compliance, client service, reporting, pipeline management, and relationships with external partners and internal staff. The role requires commercial mortgage or SFR underwriting experience, knowledge of Canadian AML/ATF and corporate/legal documentation, financial statement analysis, and strong analytical and communication skills.
