Description
The Commercial Analyst is an entry-level role supporting commercial sales and lending, primarily in construction and real estate financing. Responsibilities include administrative and analytical support, underwriting and credit-application tasks, financial-statement and market-data analysis, loan-security and delinquency reviews, origination paperwork, risk-management account reviews, and cross-selling and relationship-support activities. The role requires a two-year college, trade, or technical school diploma in a related field, two years of sales and financial-analysis experience or equivalent, and strong financial-analysis and credit-risk-management skills; commercial-lending experience and a related bachelor’s degree are preferred.
