Description

Amgen India is hiring a Commercial Analytics Manager to lead analytical approaches and deliver data-backed insights for US commercial performance. The role partners with US and global teams, designs and executes analytic plans across secondary data sources, develops performance analytics and dashboards, communicates findings, and supports automation, AI-enabled analytics, quality, compliance, and team capability. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or a master’s degree with 6 years of relevant sales, marketing operations, and/or analytics experience, along with SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau, and cloud data-service expertise.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of relevant sales, marketing operations, and/or analytics experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a master’s degree
Direct experience analyzing, synthesizing, and integrating secondary data sources for US commercial pharmaceuticals
Preferred Qualifications: Interpersonal and planning skills, including independent project management and contingency planning
Understanding of analytical approach strengths and limitations
Ability to influence collaborators and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
Strong communication and narrative skills
Ability to drive implementation of improved methodologies and standard processes
