Description
The Commercial & Procurement Manager leads commercial management, procurement, sourcing, contract negotiation, contract administration, cost control, supplier governance, and related reporting across Makeen Properties’ real estate portfolio, acquisitions, development, refurbishment, and corporate requirements. The role works with the General Manager, business owners, Finance, Legal, project teams, cost consultants, and technology teams to establish controls, improve workflows, manage commitments and close-outs, and report budget, spend, procurement status, and cost-avoidance performance.
