Cushing Terrell is hiring a Commercial Architect to independently lead commercial and mission-critical architectural projects from concept through construction. The role includes developing design solutions, preparing and reviewing drawings and BIM models, coordinating with consultants and contractors, supporting permitting and construction administration, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates must be licensed, have a NAAB-accredited architecture degree, and possess at least 10 years of progressive professional experience. The position is based in New Orleans, Austin, or Denver and offers an annual salary of $85,000 to $115,000, with an annual performance bonus and no visa sponsorship.
