The role supports the Property Manager with commercial tenant relations, lease administration, rent processing, billing, property tours, maintenance coordination, vendor and contractor support, property walks, and day-to-day portfolio operations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, commercial real estate or property management experience is preferred, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, and the ability to travel to property sites as needed.
