Spruce is hiring a Commercial Growth Manager to drive expansion and revenue growth among hundreds of UK heat-pump installation businesses, build trusted customer relationships, own onboarding, provide customer feedback to product teams, and build scalable systems and playbooks. The role requires at least two years of work experience, strong communication and customer-facing skills, and offers a base salary of £40,000–£60,000 plus a 20% on-target bonus, with hybrid work from London or Bristol.
