Cognia Law is hiring a Commercial Attorney for a permanent hybrid role supporting corporates and financial institutions on fast-moving commercial matters. The position owns end-to-end contract review, drafting, and negotiation; identifies legal, regulatory, and commercial risks; uses legal technology and AI-enabled tools; and supports junior team members while taking on ad hoc team lead and project management responsibilities. Candidates need an LLB or BCom Law degree, 4–6 years of post-admission commercial law experience, and proven experience independently reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
