Description
First Bank & Trust is hiring a Commercial Banking Intern to learn commercial loan underwriting, analyze smaller commercial credits, support credit administration, and gain exposure to business solutions, cash management, and wealth management services. The intern will participate in loan interviews, prepare underwriting information, analyze credit lines, observe loan meetings and closings, and support cross-selling and compliance activities. The role requires at least three years of business-related higher-education classes or equivalent, strong communication and customer-service skills, and a willingness to learn. Compensation is $20.84–$27.08 per hour, with possible incentive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts, retirement plans, paid time off, flexible work arrangements, parental leave, and student loan repayment assistance.
