The role performs building-system monitoring, repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance, contractor oversight, work-order management, energy management, and lighting-system maintenance. Candidates should have 3–5 years of commercial office building-maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer-service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
