Description
Fidelity Bank is seeking a Commercial Card Solutions Manager to conduct commercial card business reviews and product demonstrations, lead onboarding and implementation, coordinate with internal bank teams, support accurate and secure card processing, partner with sales officers in Kansas and Oklahoma, and provide product support for commercial cards, ACH, wires, sweep accounts, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and commercial online banking. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, at least three years of financial services experience, implementation, project management, or account management experience, familiarity with payment systems and accounting principles, strong computer skills, and the ability to travel and work flexible hours.
