Volk & Partner, part of the Aventus broker group since 1994, seeks a Commercial Client Advisor. This role involves providing personalized support to commercial and industrial clients, building long-term relationships, conducting client meetings, advising via phone and digital channels, clarifying inquiries with insurers, negotiating, handling claims, supporting daily operations, reviewing contracts, and improving processes. The ideal candidate has completed commercial training, with further training or a degree in insurance or finance being advantageous. While initial experience in insurance or a B2B environment is desirable, it's not mandatory, especially welcoming a career change. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
