Description
EV Construction is hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to manage and coordinate construction projects from pre-construction through completion and warranty. The role oversees schedules, quality, safety, cleanliness, documentation, trade contractors, suppliers, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout, while maintaining relationships with owners, project teams, and authorities having jurisdiction. Candidates need at least five years of relevant construction experience, blueprint and specification knowledge, Procore familiarity, and OSHA 30-Hour certification; the position is field-based and offers health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
