Description
The Commercial Contract Manager leads commercial and contractual management for engineering, supply, and construction contractors supporting the Blue Point Project. The role develops sourcing and contracting strategies, manages supplier selection, negotiations, contracts, change orders, claims, disputes, supplier performance, procurement execution, and commercial risk, while advising senior project leadership. It reports to the Manager, Procurement and requires substantial procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, and project experience, along with knowledge of commercial and legal principles and proficiency with enterprise procurement and ERP systems.
