Description
Rogo is hiring a Commercial Counsel to partner with the Head of Legal and scale the company’s contracting function. The role advises stakeholders, leads negotiations of high-value master service agreements and commercial agreements with banks and financial institutions, manages data and content provider agreements, structures business-aligned contracts, and implements legal technology, negotiation templates, playbooks, and approval workflows. The position requires a law license, a JD from a top law school, 3–6 years of legal experience, and expertise in commercial agreements, IP licensing, privacy, data-use rights, and AI.
