Description
Viktor is hiring its first dedicated legal hire to own hands-on commercial contracting under US law, AI-specific contracting, data protection, legal readiness, external counsel coordination, and support for fundraising and corporate transactions. The role requires US-state admission and experience drafting and negotiating US-law commercial contracts, with Warsaw preferred and remote work within Europe possible. The position reports to Raje, the CFO, and is intended to build and shape the company’s legal function as enterprise and cross-border demands grow.
