Commercial Counsel, Sales at Axon

Axon is hiring a Corporate Counsel to support its global sales organization and other business partners with transactional legal matters, including structuring, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts for goods, services, and SaaS solutions. The role also supervises Contracts Managers, develops contracting processes and contract lifecycle management, and provides advice on regulatory compliance and other legal requirements. It is based at an Axon United States hub office with an in-office requirement four days per week, and requires at least three years of commercial contract negotiation experience, a J.D., and membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
