Description
Axon is hiring a Corporate Counsel to support its global sales and contracting operations. The role advises business partners on commercial transactions involving goods, services, and SaaS solutions; structures, reviews, and negotiates contracts; supervises Contracts Managers; develops contracting processes and contract lifecycle management; and provides operational legal advice. The position is based at an Axon United States hub office and requires in-office work four days per week, Tuesday through Friday. Candidates need at least three years of experience negotiating complex commercial contracts, a J.D., and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar. The base pay range is $135,000 to $194,000 USD.
