Description
Axon is hiring a Corporate Counsel to support its global sales organization and other business partners through transactional legal work, including structuring, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial, SaaS, hardware, and services contracts. The role also supervises Contracts Managers, develops contracting processes and contract lifecycle management, and provides advice on regulatory compliance and other legal matters. It is based at an Axon United States hub office with an in-office requirement four days per week, and offers a base pay range of $135,000 to $194,000 USD.
