Program Manager, Major Deployments at Skydio

Skydio is hiring a Commercial Deployment Manager to own end-to-end commercial drone deployments, including planning, rollout, operational handoff, and stabilization. The role manages hardware, software, operational, regulatory, and logistical risks; partners with customers to establish procedures, safety controls, and maintenance practices; and translates customer requirements into internal execution plans. It requires at least five years of customer-facing program or professional services experience, multi-phase implementation experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to diagnose execution problems independently. The position offers a base salary of $150,000 to $180,000 annually, equity, health insurance, paid leave, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan.
