Premix is hiring a Commercial Representative Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of commercial representatives, establish performance and commercial-management routines, analyze targets and pipeline indicators, use Salesforce and Power BI, conduct field coaching, and ensure execution of the company’s commercial strategy in São Paulo and Paraná. The role requires substantial indirect or representative management experience, practical Salesforce knowledge, Power BI or similar BI proficiency, and frequent travel; employment may be CLT or PJ.
