Description
The Commercial Development Executive will join an established retail insurance broking team in Halesowen, developing and retaining commercial business while designing and administering insurance solutions for businesses’ material assets and liabilities. The role covers new business quotations, renewals, MTAs, and a range of commercial insurance risks, including liability, cyber, property, fleet, motor trade, and D&O coverages. The position requires commercial insurance broking experience, new business development skills, client relationship management, FCA regulatory compliance, and strong communication and organisational abilities. Compensation is negotiable plus bonus, with benefits including holiday, pension, death-in-service support, flexible benefits, and a share-save scheme.
