Tricon is hiring for a full-time, entry-level Commercial Development Program that runs for 2 to 3 years and begins in July, August, or September 2027. Participants rotate through operations, market intelligence, and risk management in physical commodities trading, with mentorship, formal training, and possible international relocation. The program requires a relevant degree completed between December 2026 and August 2027, strong analytical and commercial abilities, English fluency, and a professional, proactive approach.
