Description
Phorms Education SE is hiring a Commercial Director for its three state-recognized substitute schools in the Rhine-Main region, with work locations in Dreieich, Steinbach (Taunus), and Frankfurt am Main. The role is permanent and available part-time or full-time, with an earliest start date of the earliest possible date. The Commercial Director will manage the commercial operations of the locations, including budgets, medium- and long-term planning, forecasting, target and actual analyses, key figures, and decision-making information for senior management. The role also leads the six-person Admissions team, optimizes CRM systems, drives student numbers and occupancy, manages school contracts and fees, coordinates state refinancing and additional funding, oversees administrative processes and projects, supports construction and investment initiatives, and manages external service providers and authorities. Candidates should have a degree in business administration or economics, several years of commercial management experience, budget responsibility, strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and fluent German and English.
