Description
The Commercial Director will lead and develop the commercial function in public administration in Bruchsal, overseeing financial accounting, controlling, IT, administration, payroll, budgets, forecasts, financial statements, compliance, and process optimization. The role requires commercial training or a business administration degree, senior commercial experience, knowledge of financial accounting and controlling, IT and digital-process aptitude, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. It is a permanent full-time position with 35–40 hours per week, performance-based compensation, and benefits including a company pension scheme, parking or public-transport subsidy, further training, and work–life balance.
