Description
The Assembler Lead performs repetitive component assembly of products such as windows, doors, trusses, panels, and stairs; plans and assigns work, tracks production, trains new employees, and maintains quality and safety standards. The role requires at least two years of component assembly experience or equivalent education and experience, plus prior carpentry or manufacturing experience. It involves standing, walking, lifting up to 100 pounds, exposure to moving machinery and weather, and wearing personal protective equipment.
