Description
The Commercial Tech I role safeguards the safety, reliability, and scalability of Pearl District operations by independently assessing, maintaining, and repairing building and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building-envelope, pump and motor maintenance, BAS monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance, documentation, vendor coordination, and Yardi Marketplace purchasing. The position requires 1–3+ years of building maintenance and preventative maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of specified safety and equipment training; HVAC knowledge is preferred.
