Arc is hiring a full-time, on-site Commercial Build Engineer at its Los Angeles headquarters, with up to 75% travel. The role integrates electrical and mechanical systems, builds and routes wire harnesses, installs communication interfaces, diagnoses high-voltage systems, assembles pneumatic, hydraulic, and cooling systems, and supports development builds, prototypes, sea trials, and customer-facing operations. Candidates need at least four years of high-voltage systems experience, familiarity with electrical communication protocols, schematic-reading ability, diagnostic-tool experience, and process-documentation experience. The position pays $46 per hour for S3 and $50 per hour for S4, with equity grants, bonuses, and healthcare benefits.
