Ultimate Performance is hiring a commercially minded Commercial Finance Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and business growth across its international operations. The role partners with Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance to analyze financial and operational performance, produce reporting and commentary, support budgeting and forecasting, perform variance analysis, develop business cases and financial models, and improve reporting through dashboards, automation, AI, and technology. It targets a newly qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant or a strong part-qualified professional with commercial finance, FP&A, management accounting, or financial analysis experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
