Description
The Commercial Finance Manager partners with the Consulting business and Sector Operating Units to provide real-time financial insight, strategic guidance, and commercial support. The role covers performance reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, earned-value analysis, bid modelling, pricing, profitability monitoring, contract risk, audit readiness, SOX compliance, and working-capital oversight. It reports to Corporate Finance and the CFO, requires hybrid work with at least two days per week in the office or on a client site, and can be based at the London Victoria or Melbourn office. The role seeks a qualified accountant with CIMA, ACCA, or ACA credentials, strong stakeholder and commercial skills, advanced Excel and data-analysis capabilities, and previous experience in a global professional services environment or with the UK Government; line-management experience is also requested.
