Alteva RCM is hiring a full-time, in-person Commercial Health Insurance Portal Administrator to manage healthcare provider and internal staff access to client portals such as Availity, Navinet, Emblem Health, and Optum UHC. The role includes coordinating portal access, managing user permissions and password resets, supporting employees, monitoring access controls, and communicating planned downtime. Candidates need at least one year of portal management experience with customer service, PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, a high school diploma or GED, and a vocational school or certificate program in medical billing, health information technology, or a similar healthcare field. The position is available in Richmond Hill, Queens or Middle Island and pays $24–$27 USD, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
